We’d like to congratulate Nick Delis, regional vice president of enterprise sales; Todd Eby, vice president of professional services; and Richard Dumas, director of product and solution marketing, for their recent recognition as contact center and customer care experts. These exemplary employees have made it their personal ambitions to strive for excellence, and contribute to a better customer engagement industry.
Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales
With more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Nick joined Five9 in the fall of 2013. Nick currently leads the northeast region team of call center sales professionals.
In July, Nick was appointed to the PACE Association New York chapter board of directors. He has consulted for telecommunications companies across the world, and was thrilled to join PACE in order to share his expertise, and give back to the industry he calls home. In this new position Nick will serve on the technology forum committee and oversee all PACE Chapter events that occur in New York.
Nick will join representatives from Verizon, DialAmerica and Salesforce.com.
Vice President, Professional Services
Todd has been with Five9 for five years as a professional services expert. His passion for excellence has helped him build a world-class services organization in order to better serve Five9 customers.
In August 2014, Todd was named one of FrontLeaf Top Influencers in Customer Success for 2014. The ‘Frontleaf 50 to Follow’ recognizes innovators who are pioneering the best practices, building the enabling technologies, and educating the industry on all things customer success. Todd was recognized for his ability to bridge the gap between success theory and its practical application.
Todd was listed amongst key industry representatives from Customer Success Magazine, Mitel, Zendesk, HubSpot, Microsoft, Box and Salesforce.com.
Director, Product and Solution Marketing
Richard is an experienced software marketing leader who has been at Five9 for more than a year. Since joining Five9, Richard has brought focus and diligence to the product marketing team, spearheading the Summer Release ’14 product launch and expanding social media marketing efforts.
In August, Richard was named to ICMI’s Top 50 Contact Center Thought Leaders on Twitter. The list recognizes Twitter users who are fiercely dedicated to improving customer experiences as the voice of the contact center. Richard was recognized for his ability to shape, educate and promote the contact center industry on social media. Richard was listed as number 20 on the list.
Richard was listed amongst key industry influencers such as; Sheila McGee-Smith, Kate Legget, and Ian Jacobs.
